The globally operating diemaker Marbach has launched its Performance Package, a service that optimises the productivity of the die-cutting process in packaging production and identifies efficient measures to increase performance.
Marbach industry manager Bernhard Reisser: "The Performance Package is an indispensable tool which significantly increases efficiency in packaging production. Because it provides our customers with optimal support for smooth and highly productive processes."
The comprehensive Marbach service package consists of several steps: From a detailed video documentation of the set-up process to an analysis of savings potentials and an examination of the machine and the environment of the packaging production process. Experienced Marbach application engineers observe and analyse the complete packaging production process with state-of-the-art video technology and then develop a comprehensive optimisation concept. For the customer this means a specific list containing different measures which can be implemented immediately after the completion of the analysis. If required, Marbach can accompany its customers during the implementation of these measures.
Reisser continues: "With the performance package, we thus enable our customers to optimise their processes sustainably and with relatively little effort. This ensures more productivity and safety in packaging production."
